20:32:02 <Armon> I have a problem with OpenTTD and already checked the wiki. Whenever I start multiplayer, it starts downloading pretty fast, but *always* somewhere between 120-160kB downloaded (of say, 400-500kB), it continuously slows down to a virtual stop.

21:16:04 <Armon> Firewall is non-existent. Also, it does connect and download quickly in the beginning, the manual says that to connect to other servers, it's only outbound.
