22:06:49 <peter1138> The issue has never been about picking colours, it's TTDPatch baked a limit of 16 different colours into the NewGRF spec.
22:10:28 <peter1138> And then things like Iron Horse do nice features like company colour variations which also reinforces a 16 colour limit.
