10:45:12 <talltyler> LordAro: I really like that idea. I think it’s compatible with our current workflow, we already get occasional reviews from people without merge perms ( rito12_13 does some, which are really helpful) and have a role that allows triaging PRs without full merge rights.
10:45:12 <talltyler> I’d love to see us try more of this. Maybe I will write up a short review guide and open a PR. We will need to figure out how a process for inviting people to the triage role — how many maintainers need to agree on that, and if more than one, where do we discuss in a non-public channel?
